How much is membership in Moving Pictures Film Club?
Monthly membership is $19.95 per month plus $5.95 handling. Or save over $60 by purchasing an annual membership for only $249.95 plus NO monthly handling charges. This is nearly a 20% savings! Please note a 7.25% sales tax will apply to orders shipped to California.
For monthly memberships, your credit card will automatically be charged at the beginning of each month when your monthly DVD is shipped, and an e-mail receipt will be sent to you afterwards.

When will I receive my DVD?
Your DVD will arrive monthly around the middle of each month, via the United States Postal Service's first class mail service.

Can you deliver films electronically?
Moving Pictures feels that films are meant to be enjoyed on a big screen with friends and family around. These films are important because they embrace themes of family, relationships and graceful aging. Our films are meant to be shared and discussed and we feel that electronic presentations on computer screens are not at this point the best way to enjoy our movies.

Can Moving Pictures ship internationally?
We offer shipping to the 50 U.S. States and Canada, but no international destinations at this time. If this changes in the future, we'll update you on the website and through our newsletter.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your monthly subscription by calling our customer service department 1-888-995-0077 (M-F, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, PST).
Annual memberships may not be cancelled but we will be happy to convert one to a gift subscription so that you may share your great films with a friend or family member.

What happens if for some reason if I miss a month? Can I complete my collection later?
Unfortunately each DVD is a limited edition, and we don't reprint them. If you want to get the complete collection, please keep your membership current. The best way to do this is to sign up for an annual membership and then your subscription will not lapse.

How does Moving Pictures Film Club choose the films?
Moving Pictures is the first film club designed for Boomers. Our films have won major awards at festivals and are films that matter... to you. These films will make you cry and make you laugh, but they are always positive in nature and touch on themes of family, relationships and graceful aging. You won't find these films together anywhere else.

Can I submit a film to Moving Pictures Film Club?
Yes! We're always looking for films that appeal to Boomers or for suggestions of moving films that will be of interest to our members.

If you're interested in submitting your film, please email our Submissions Department describing your film. We will be happy to review your project and get back to you. Should we request a screener DVD copy, NEVER SEND THE MASTER.

Can I receive my monthly selection on either HD-DVD or Blue-Ray formatted disks?
Not at this time.
At present, most of our origination content for our shorts is unavailable in the HD-DVD format, but we continue to encourage our filmmakers toward these evolving standards. We would love to offer our members those options, so stay tuned, because as our shorts content migrates to these new standards, so will we.
